Dr Monika Cedro

Monika is a Consultant in Orthodontics at the Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospital, UCLH and East Surrey Hospital in Redhill. She treats patients requiring complex multidisciplinary care and undertakes teaching and training of orthodontic specialists and junior dentists.

Monika qualified as a dentist from King’s College, London and following extensive experience in the Hospital service working in Oral Medicine, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Paediatric Dentistry she undertook her orthodontic specialist training at the Eastman Dental Hospital. After 3 years, following the completion of her specialist training and inclusion onto the Specialist List in Orthodontics, she undertook a further 2 years of higher training at the Eastman Dental Hospital and Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford to become accredited as a Consultant in Orthodontics.

She undertakes orthodontic treatment of children and adults with the full range of orthodontic appliances including fixed appliances, clear aligners and removable appliances. She specialises in all aspects of paediatric, adolescent and adult orthodontic treatments. This includes early interceptive treatment, growth modification, orthognathic and multidisciplinary treatment as well as cosmetic treatment utilising aesthetic appliances. She pays great attention to detail and ensures each and every case, no matter how simple or complicated is treated to the highest possible standard.
